The principal has to be the worst ever. I don’t know how she got hired. She puts personal choices ahead of the nurturing and development of students. She also likes to play parent vs parent which cause a lot of problems for parents trying to find out about their child’s education. By far the worst principal ever, she also is a compulsive liar.

Awesome school for the family! Students have the opportunity to go on service field trips within the community. The class sizes are small. The school is also involved with the Leader in Me program to help the students become great leaders.
I have never met a school staff that cares more about the children. We have felt nothing but love from the staff, students, all the way up to the administration! We love Kamalani Academy!!
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I recommend that you do NOT SEND YOU KIDS HERE :( There was one moment that our family really loved and adored this school. Once that new principal was hired school year 2018-2019 after awesome Jeff. The school went down hill. The community; the school needs better leadership starting with competence first! So sad for the kids and the teachers of Kamalani Academy. They deserve so much more! 1 star for all the amazing teachers that got the heck out of there!
Great teachers and great staff! Looking forward to another wonderful year at Kamalani!
Wonderful people at Kamalani. Ms. Clark was very knowledgeable and responsive!
This school is not what they claimed to be. It is a Hawaiian focus school only. They claim to utilize arts integration but in reality nobody on campus is actual an arts integration specialist. The vision is confusing the board has no education background and makes poor choices. They treat parents with disrespect and lack honesty in their communications. Would NOT recommend.
My kids went there for a short while. I pulled them out of this school. The staff was verbally abusive to the kids and the principal was very unresponsive to issues about the kids. When I asked my kids if they learned anything, they said yoga. Their class work looked like preschool coloring and my kids were kinder and second grade at the time. Take your children out before it's too late.
