Mad Tiger is the BEST place to train. I love it there! The instructors are amazing.
The best place on the island I have found to train whether your looking to lose weight/get in shape, learn self defense, or compete in tournaments. They have a family friendly environment with BJJ classes 7 days a week, Insanity classes, Yoga, and Muay Thai Kickboxing.
Excellent facility with great instructors!!!
