These guys are awesome!!! The conditioning is next level too, definitely don’t show up w/out a water bottle!!! You may even want to bring a towel for after class. Feels like I sweat half my body weight every time. Haru will improve your technique and timing surprisingly fast. Mikey and Brandon will get your conditioning to the next level after only a few classes. It’s really intense, but I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Psyched I found these guys!!! They work seamlessly w/one another and will get you fit and properly trained rapidly!!!
