It was the best time there and I miss all the fun times I used to have there with my friends and we did awesome things there I hope I can go back to visit some time and I miss all of my teachers I loved my 2-3 years I was there
like
I went here in the mid 70s and loved every minute of it. Very progressive and great teachers. My fondest memories are from these years
My son has had great experiences here. However my daughter, not so much! She's been continuously bullied by the same boy and the only thing that has been done is he's been "talked to" and now he sits by her. An incident that happens once or twice, ok, that's understandable.. but multiple times a week and it being on going?! My daughter hates going to school now because she knows nobody will do anything about being hit or made fun of. She used to love going.
I went to Solomon 20 something years ago. Fun times & was great to learn about the Hawaiian culture
This was the best elementary school experience for me everyone is so loving and caring for the students it’s been a few years since I’ve been there I am now in 8th grade but I went trough all of elementary school there it was the best school I have ever been to
I went there for the last few months of my 5th grade year. I have to admit, it was overall a pretty good school. I was an understudy for the Mayday Court, I had good grades, I made some great friends, and had an amazing teacher. So it wasn't that bad of a school. I liked it. I was in basketball, I was active, and got an overall pretty great education. I am now in the 7th grade almost in 8th, and I can say that Solomon was a great school for me to end up going to when I first moved to Hawaii. :)
I went to this school made cool friends great teachers I was the best student the school was awesome
My son goes here and from day one ive had issues. We do his paperwork they said he could go on first day and show up they say they dont have him in the system. 2nd issue they took 7 months to do his transcripts! He started in august and they werent dont till early febuary. 3rdly i dont do their lunch menu for him but some days we have emergencies or accidents etc. And he has to buy a lunch. Well we owed 10.60 and i paid it in their envelope and left it on the front desk by their computer and magically i still owe them money. And owing a kids lunches here they dont let your kid go on a field trip cus of it. The teachers are great, that air conditioned front office employees not so much. No ac in clasrooms or cafeteria but front office does and that seems to be where all pur issues with this school comes from.
