My husband and two young children (ages 2 and 4) spent three nights at Linda's beautiful cabin in an effort to get a little change of scenery six months into the pandemic. (We live in Omaha, a quick and easy 30 minute drive away.) When we arrived to the acreage, the first thing I noticed was the sound of silence! The property is surrounded by a huge well-maintained green space that the kids immediately ran across and, beyond that, picturesque views of the surrounded trees and Lake Wanahoo. The home itself is incredibly clean, beautiful and calm. The view from the large picture window in the main living/dining room is amazing! We stayed on site for four days and three nights and never ran out of things to do...plenty of card games, puzzles, board games, yard games for the kids in addition to the surrounding nature to explore with the lake (complete with bald eagles!) just minutes away on foot. On the walk from the cabin to the lake, you walk past a large tent on site and right across a huge seemingly quite new playground that our kids visited a few times a day. The home is very spacious for larger parties - our family of four slept together in the master loft and the two additional bathrooms and bedrooms could easily sleep another 6 very comfortably. Perfect site for a family reunion, girls weekend or family staycation! We'll definitely be back!

Rick and Linda were absolutely amazing to work with when looking into renting their cabins for our wedding. They answered every question I thought of leading up to the weekend and the cabins are fully stocked making everything feel so welcoming. We could not have asked for a better location for our special weekend!
We rented the cabin for the rehearsal dinner of our son and his fiancé. It was the perfect place to enjoy the family. The owners were so kind to recommend us catering and kayaks services. We enjoy the lake and the awesome landscaping. The beautiful cabin was big enough to entertain 20 guest comfortably seated. Definitely it was the perfect place, secluded but close enough of all you might need!
My friends and I just spent the weekend at Ston-ee Ridge. What a great house. Great owners. Fabulous location. We had a wonderful time, it was so relaxing. The Christmas decorations are such a nice, homey touch. We didn't want to leave!
Our group of girlfriends has met here for three years to visit, laugh a little, reminisce, cry a little and reconnect. We love Stonee Ridge as it’s roomy enough for all 10 of us to sleep comfortably. We love sitting on the deck watching birds! Beautiful setting, comfy furnishings and tastefully decorated-we have already booked for next year!
