I sent email from contact option to Android complaining that two years old HTC 816 (I had to sell it cheapest to get 4G phone) which could be upgraded to 7.0 but this new HTC 828 is not getting any updates. They didn't respond also. So I hate Android everywhere and will shortly shift to Windows or Blackberry
