have been trying to get ahold of someone in this store. no one will speak to me. I was instructed to send an email and I would be contacted. I sent my email on Monday, its now Friday and have not heard back. Customer satisfaction is not this stores primary goal. I hope this review will get someones attention to contact us regarding our 5,000.00 Euro purchase. We were told 10-12 weeks for our new family furniture to be available and was told on the phone it will be 4 weeks later than what was promised. this is totally unacceptable as we have been with out furniture in our home since the end of July. UPDATE: No one is helping us. The person from customer service just keeps telling us they have sent our email to the Waiblingen store and that store will contact us. this has yet to happen. Its been 2 weeks with no answers and still no furniture. We have seen a lawyer and are ready to pursue legal action to get the furniture or refund our deposit and cancel the order. this is the worst customer service i have ever come across. So Julia If you could do more than Joshua at customer service. we would love to hear from you to help us.

We bought a 5 seater sofa and we were promised to get a household articles gift but they changed their mind and said we don't get one which is really ridiculous. And the price differ from one sales person to another which I find untruthful. Sofa and delivery time good . Delivery services are expensive.

This place smells like a scam. We went over there and one seller gave us a price two time higher that their own advertisement we saw afterwards on a journal paper. Illustrate the dodgy sofa seller.

I would love to give this 0 stars but it will not submit my review without a star. This place is terrible. I wrote a review already 3 weeks ago and I have yet to talk on the phone to someone from this company. Joshua at customer service just keeps telling me he will forward my message to the store and someone will call me but it has yet to happen. I have emailed customer service and the store. we have called the store and no one answers. We are seeking legal action to get our furniture or our deposit back. this has been the worst experience ever. Please do not waste your time or money going to this terrible store.
