Our 23 yr old Brivis Gas central heating unit failed in April and Warm Zone was one of two companies that were named by the regular service agent to provide and install a replacement. Initial communications with Nicole were fine - she noted it was not a simple replacement as there were issues with the size of the pipe used when originally installed and the copper pipe used as a drain was the wrong size. Mention also made of the 5 week interruption to work schedule due to Covid 19 lockdown which I accepted. When I subsequently left messages to arrange an inspection/quote/time for the work to be completed all communication stopped. No-one would call me back and I felt like it was all too hard for them. Fortunately the other business I was given was responsive and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. Good luck if you are dealing with Warm Zone. This additional comment made following Warm Zone's response. My review was not scathing but an honest attempt to explain what happened. Why didn't you respond to my messages and tell me you were not able to assist ? I'm not an ogre and would have accepted that. But to be left hanging is not good service and its not my service agent's role to pass on your messages. I'll happily give positive feedback when I get good service as I did for the company who undertook this work.

Have used Warmzone for installs and maintenance. Workmanship is exceptional, communication prior and post work was great. Very professional and tidy. Have recommended to a number of people.

Terribly unprofessional. I called several times to arrange a site visit after sending through my floor plan. Was told they could not tell me a day, and would get back to me before the end of the day. This happened several times, with them never coming back to me. We finally arranged a day and time, and Karl (the installer) simply did not turn up. He would not answer my calls, nor would the business (landline or mobile). Absolutely hopeless.
Warmzone fixed my Brevis heating system electronic board which broke at the beginning of the winter. I called them and asked them whether they can make it urgent as it was cold in Wellington and we didn't have heating. They made an extra effort to send a tradesman in few days, despite being booked out for weeks. He arrived with an apprentice, climbed to an attic and fixed it. They were professional, took the shoes off, cleaned up after themselves and were polite and friendly. Nicole, who handled all the arrangements, always called back when she said she would, and kept me updated. Really nice to deal with. I'm really happy with their work and marked them as my "heating company" for the future.
