Pre arranged an opponent for Monday, found out when I went to my appointment that there only open on Wednesday’s. I’m really confused why they would approve an oppintmet for a day that they are closed. Wasted half a day taking time off work.

Service indeed. This place is NEVER open. Go there during the advertised minimal scheduled office hours of Tuesday only and find a sign saying it’s actually Wednesdays and you have to have an appointment. Call the number, wait 30 minutes, get disconnected. Tax reform, anyone?
