Hoku Ness

Very unprofessional! Mailed them a check to pay off my outstanding balance. Called to see if they got it and their phone # doesn't work (nor does the fax #). Sent a message via their 'contact us' page, and never heard back from them! TERRIBLE and yet my check got cashed!!!! I have no clue if they truly received my check or if my account had been indeed paid off. JUST TERRIBLE!
