There are great views of the ocean and hillside of Waimea from multiple holes on the course. The course is a bit pricy and challenging but a great course. It would be 5 stars if it was more affordable, and if the greens weren’t sanded today.

2-3 excellent holes otherwise— forgettable course. Typical corporate Marriott vibes at the resort that make you feel unwelcome. Served Dasani water. Covid obsessed. Holes 15, 16, 17 were a disaster due to literally a dozen maintenance guys zipping around. Easy greens but tough sand traps.

Every golfer knows this course for the famous par 3 over the water and believe me it was cool to make the shot to the green. The rest of the course was beautiful, especially some of the holes at the higher points on the property. Great views down the course leading into the ocean.

Covid effects everything. I love this course, the service and the views. Honestly, the bunkers are completely neglected, some are washed out with just hard pan where sand should be. I get how the course might be struggling financially but it feels wrong to pay full price when the bunkers are unplayable.

Golfers course with stunning views in every direction. Greens feel really slow but I would hate to think of some of the breaks, especially downhill, if greens were too fast. Very enjoyable. No. 3 and 11 are two of the best costal par 3s you will play.

Beautiful, well manicured course. With no one behind us it felt like we owned the whole place. Really excellent service! Downsides: The brake on our cart was difficult to set. We saw an advertisement for lunch at Manta on our cart screen but we were disappointed when we walked to the restaurant we learned it was closed.
