I stopped in Waimea Hawaii on my way home to the Puna coast, Pahoa area. There were two young men who were well mannered and courteous. Food was done just as requested, and were so helpful with questions that I had. Waimea rocks, Aloha guys!

Subway is a great choice for lunches and dinners as you can make your sub how you want it and add all the proteins and vegetables you want. I come here once a week and try different subs and have not found one I didn't like. Easy to access location. Enough staff to keep the line going and dinner inside is not a problem. Staff is very nice and the subs, salads, and selections are great.

Staff does not seem happy to be there at all and it shows in the sandwich quality.
The staff just ignore the mobile / online order. Even if the customer ordered food via mobile app or online, customers need to wait until every other customers' order has been done. This is not RIGHT AT ALL !!! Needs to be fixed their attitude soon.
Went in Sunday at 4pm and was served very poorly. Ordered 4 salads with friends and the young woman who served us cut our salads poorly, gave us small portions, and gave us too much tomatoes and almost no lettuce or spinach. Giant pieces of tomato and other salad ingredients like salami we're left intact. Before ordering we waited for 2-3 minutes in the empty subway while the employee was nowhere to be found and finally rang the bell to get her attention out back. She seemed completely uninterested in making our meals satisfying. I usually enjoy eating at this subway and go there regularly. Last Friday night I was served very well by a young man from Waimea back for the summer from college and he did an amazing job preparing the food. This time was disappointing.
I placed an order online for a sandwich 30 minutes before I left my house. Then I got there and it wasn't even ready. They gave me the wrong bread, forgot my cookies, and the bread was crumbling in my hands, it wasn't even a sandwich at that point. I'm highly disappointed, I used to love subway but the one here is rapidly dropping in quality.
Showed up at 9 and they wouldn't serve us after 9 after waiting in line behind others. Hours say 930
