Perfect gentle simple hike filled with nature. During the hike saw only three people. Wonderful spot!

This is a fantastic place to take a walk. If you want to walk on a nice nature trail hidden away in the small town of Waimea this is the place for you. Recently it has become home to a large amount of wild chickens. So if you plan on sitting at a table for a picnic, be prepared for the flock that will gather around you. It is a beautiful place to enjoy Waimea!

Great place to bring the family, especially the dogs.

Great park to get away from the heat of Kona . There's a nice walking trail that runs along a stream that is just over a mile, very quiet and well groomed. Dogs are welcome on leashes and we saw several joggers, bike riders and even a baby stroller. There is a covered table area as well as tables in the shade. There are lots of benches throughout the ten acre park to stop at and reflect. A grassy area to picnic at and a water fountain to refill your bottles or get a quick drink. The plants are labeled throughout the park so you can identify them easily. Small parking lot and port a potties are available.

Drive slowly in this area please...Its a peaceful and breathtaking area. I Recommend a definite visit! This Volunteer Community Evergrowing project brings back that Good Ole Kamuela Setting with their Amazing Care. With benches and picnic tables and porter potties & Handicap Parking! Enjoy this Beauty as much as I Did!

It's still under construction, but it's a nice, chill place to go read or stroll. My dog loved running around in the field and through the trails. It reminds me of North Carolina.
