I have used these guys for the last few years for machinery hire and always outstanding service with lots of extra advice and help thrown in. They even bought me out fuel. Quick turn up for services so we didn't have downtime on site.
Not impressed!! Ordered part paid for part, was supposed to be on courier this morning but it did not arrive.....rang the yard and was told it left this morning....but hang on it may have just left!!...I could not get a definitive answer from the manager as well.....told him to refund my money and he can chase the part up...he got abusive and said to call him in the morning...NO WAY!! refund now as i have not got the part.....lets see....
