Lareau farm inn is cute. Good location. I thought to find more activities related to the farm. We stayed only one night, in Love room. The bed was not very comfortable, The jacuzzi is enjoyable. Hairdryer very old. The breakfast was delicious but only one choice, we had pancake.

Ill start off with the breakfast was amazing! Omelets were fantastic as well as the homefries. Location was good and property is well kept. House is clean, however needs many updates. Im ok with keeping the character of the old house, but the bed was miserable. Probably would have slept better on a sheet of plywood. We stripped off the sheets and flipped over the mattress which was little help, but we realized the tag on the mattress was from 1986! Over 30 years old! This was shocking to me considering you can buy a mattress for a few hundred bucks now, or even a bed cover.... hope they see this and decide to update. Thats the one thing that would hold me back from staying again...

Stayed here for an offsite wedding. We didn’t expect much from the facade, it looked a bit run down. And I hate to say it, in some aspects it is. When we saw our room though (Harmony, I believe?) it was very well put together, the decor was very home-y & what you expect from a B&B. We had two skylights that opened, and brought a nice evening breeze through the room. The staff was so lovely and VERY accommodating to our group. Breakfast was by FAR the most amazing spread I’ve had from a B&B, hands down. Amazing meal options, omelettes one day, and fresh pancakes the next, with cereal, fruit, jams etc. The homemade bread was phenomenal, and I was not only full but blown away. Also, this is an often overlooked point, but they mentioned the tap water was not only safe to drink, but cold & delicious, and as an avid water drinker I appreciated that! The only downsides were the slanted ceilings in my room made it a bit difficult to get in/out of bed, and also getting in the shower, as I’m a very tall man. The showers could use some updating as well, and some general renovations for upkeep wouldn’t hurt. Large clearing in back makes for a nice view, the venue next to it we didn’t utilize, but it seemed very nice. 10/10 would return.

Dave and Janis do a great job at making you feel welcome. Breakfasts are always hearty and filling. The building has lots of character and charm. Flatbread next door is a definite must, great food. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Vermont Inn, the food is delicious and the property and inn are beautiful. Head next door to American flat bread for great pizza!

While we usually like quirky, this place was a bit too funky - it's a cool old farmhouse in need of TLC; perhaps too pricey for the accommodations. The doors didn't fully close (meaning almost not closing at all), including the room door and the bathroom door which didn't even have a door knob. All of this might have been okay, except other patrons partied till midnight, which made for a very noisy and sleepless night.

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was late, which was slightly frustrating as we wanted to get skiing.

Fairly easy to find. Consistent service without being overbearing. Natural feeling out doors space, campfire, lawn games, etc. It's a nice get away from the city. Bar tender didn't know many non alcoholic mixes but was friendly anyway. Lovely visit over all.
