They don't respond to help lights at night. When they do respond they are often rude. My mother is on oxygen and MANY times I have visited her and her oxygen had either ran out or else the cord was just laying on the floor and not even connected to the tank. The other lady that was in her room had tried to get help (my mom tried to help by turning on her light) and was rebuffed by staff. The roommate was dead by morning. I will give another review soon. I'm hoping things will improve. This used to be a wonderful place, but sadly I'm starting to worry about our mother being there. Her mind is sound, but she is on dialysis and cannot walk.

No one is perfect....0ne person on each pod....lights do ring with out noise because patients complaints it's too loud...
a former ssd who is now a nurse by the name Tony Nondorf is very rude threaten to take me outside to fight because I asked questions concerning my grandmother. they also were talking about my grandmother in front of another patient, which violates patient confidentiality
Disappointing. My family member has been there for 3 weeks and has required 3 hospital visits because she wasn't receiving proper care. Her rehab has been compromised because it has been interrupted so many times by these hospital stays.
