I purchased an ATV today and I honestly don’t believe I could’ve had a better buying experience. My salesperson, Greg, was amazing! He ensured I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. The whole Capital team went above and beyond! There was someone from every department there that introduced themselves to us and sat with us to find out if we had any needs they could help with. I am truly impressed and will recommend to all I know!!

The group here knocked it out of the park! I have purchased many bikes over the years from dealers and this was by far the best experience. I was shopping for R1’s from Georgia to all the way to New York (I live in Richmond, Va) and this place had the best deal. Mike Weaver answered my online inquiry and was to the point, concise, and always responded to my emails quickly. When I decided to move forward he passed me off the Greg Couchois who was also a pleasure to work with. He was very prompt at answering questions and made things very easy for me as we were doing a deal over phone and email. When I showed up to pick up the bike Greg saw us pull up and greeted us outside. He was very friendly and made it feel like we had been friends for years. The whole team had the bike and paperwork prepped and ready to go, however not once did we feel rushed. Greg introduced us to staff in service and parts who were also very friendly. At the end of the day, I am from out of their state and will likely not be able to return for parts or service, however I was still treated like my business mattered to them. Good job to everyone for making the experience awesome!

I want to thank the Capital Powersports team for all the help they provided me today. I just purchased a 2021 Honda Rebel 1100. I want to say that I am so happy they assisted me today. The first person I had contact with was Keagan. The service this gentleman provided was on point ever since the first day I called them. He made sure I was being inform and updated with the arrival of the new rebel for a whole month. Being the first motorcycle I purchased, there were so many questions I had. He helped me answering all the questions for me. I also want to thank Matt because he explain me the financing part as well as all the added services. He also helped me saving some money.
