Great place! Stopped in one Friday with a Rx from a different doctor and Chris quickly pointed me in the right directions to look for new frames. Very helpful and they have a great selection! Picked out a pair and it was ready by the end of the following week. They accepted my insurance too. I'll be back!

I have been wearing glasses for way too long, but last week was the first time I left an optometrist’s office feeling they got my prescription right. The doctor also took the time to talk with me about some potential hereditary issues and he didn’t rush his explanation in the least. I think if I’d had more questions he would have been happy to oblige my concerns. When I was fitted for frames there was no pressure from the optician trying to up sell the style. He too was knowledgeable about the vision issues my frames needed to address and helped me with several decisions I had to make. Bottom line, I could trust him. That was totally a first for me. Oh, and the staff was actually friendly in a sincere way no less!

We had a nice experience at our first visit recently at Wake Forest Eye Care Center We were looking for a new doctor and had difficulty reaching other offices for appointments but we were able to reach the staff here easily. I got my glasses in very quickly (VSP insurance, Which requires the glasses to be sent off) and Doctor Swaim listened to my concerns and adjusted my prescription accordingly. We have been to a different place for the last several years but the prescription they kept giving me.was giving me headaches and I felt nauseous wearing them. I expressed these concerns to Dr Swaim and now my new glasses are perfect!
