I wish I still lived up there because if be there constantly like the old days! Always a treat to stop in there and see what's going on. Those guys are good and not just some place that's opened in the last 5 years. It's the real deal.

Don doesn’t know everything about Triumph paint like he would like you to believe, and when he sells you the incorrect paint, he will only offer to sell you the correct paint vs take care of his repeat customers. I called Don explaining that I had a very rare bike, the first off the assembly line in a particular model. He claimed that they only came in one color, spend 600 dollars with him and the paint showed up at my door. I immediately checked the color and it looked more blue than what I had on the bike. I immediately called and said that it didn’t look correct, then he said no, no, no , this bike only came in that one color I sent you. I took his advice as “the expert” and painted the entire bike in the color supplied. Fast forward a year and I’m doing additional research on said rare bike, only to find out it is in fact the wrong color. I called Don to see if he would offer to do the right thing and offer to replace the paint. He only offered to sell. When I mentioned that I would look like a fool, showing up at concourse events with the wrong color he said two things that blew my mind. “Who is going to know it’s the wrong color” and “it’s not soo much the shade of the color but the quality of the paint job”. In case you forgot, the shade of the color is your business!
