I placed prepaid order through Amazon and they raised invoice dated 24/11/2020 for Rs 1513/- for products of JRK pharmaceuticals. They uploaded as materials despatched through Delhivery vide C/N no 2438119504962 dated 30/11/2020 but fact is that they have not handed over the materials to the courier as information obtained from courier web. As per Amazon Web materials supposed to be delivered in between 05/12 and 10/12/20. Not delivered as promised again Amazon uploaded as will be deliver by 17/12/2020. Still medicine not despatch from the seller premises. This is customer service rendered and they have not responded my emails as well as not picked up phone call
