Unfortunately, every window I purchased from them has had issues with the seals in less than 10 years. I would NOT recommend anyone purchasing because you will need to spend more money in each of the following year to replace or reseal. So disappointing.

Bethany from the Warranty Dept was extremely patient with me and competent in helping me with my warranty claim. She is an asset to Ply Gem.
Toxic work environment would not recommend
Ply Gem seems to be nonexistent. You try to contact them and all you get is an auto-email. I've talked to someone in VA. who simply answers calls to Ply Gem and has no contact with corporate. I agree, the customer service is totally a DIS-service.
