Nice for apres ski, BUT! The staff, at least some of the staff, is extremely rude and unfriendly. I got rudely reprimanded and eye rolled at, because I didn’t expect the wine to be 10 freakin’ euros, and I said: sorry, then I would like a beer. The reaction I got was unnecessary, disrespectful and uncalled for.

The location is great. Only downside is a lot of the (German/ Austrian) staff is quite grumpy and unpleasant, almost like they have to be there. They don't engage with the customers at all, or see to it that they have a good time. EXCEPT for one of the Dutch waiters whom hosted us upstairs - he was the only happy, well spirited and engaging waiter around and we had a lot of fun at the at the Hannes Alm thanks to him - Dank je wel Luukie, we hebben een top tijd gehad. Will be back - if he is still around - 5 stars for him, 3 stars overall.
For many people, review are the only way to give them a kind of self-gratification with the justification that others should not have to experience it (in their perception) what I have experienced. Objectivity and forward thinking is almost always missing here! And unfortunately that's always the case with many (ego) people. I think it's just awesome what is built here continuously and envious or as already mentioned people will always be ... So conclusion: PERFECT!!! there, cool place great atmosphere will come back!
Normally don't hand out a single star, but really. This bar needs improvement. Rude personal, price quality absent, long waiting times. Owner could easily fix this, looking @ reviews however no one seems to care.. On a plus side the outside view is nice (to squeeze in something positive).
You think it will be cheaper to eat down here than on the piste? Think again! Prices are very high, but food was at least good. Ordered tomato soup and a veggieburger. Great soup, tasted homemade. Got a pulled pork burger - did not have time to wait for a new one... no discount, only a sorry.

Used to be a great place, now it seems greed has taken over. You can only buy small beers and you pay more for it than for a large beer on the mountain. Come on, don’t mess with the beer guys!
