The good: R&G online shop has about everything you need when you work with composite materials and their products are excellent. The bad: R&G charges insane shipping fees for european shipments. I ordered 1kg of epoxy resin, 5sqm glass fiber fabric and a few small carbon tubes (2 to 6mm by 1m long). Total amount was 88 euros 17 euros shipping. I paid 105 euros in total, which seemed very reasonable. But a few hours later I received an email from R&G stating that they would raise the shipping cost to the ridiculous amount of 175 euros. And that I would have to pay the difference to have my order shipped!!! 175 euros to send 1kg epoxy resin and 5sqm glass fabric from Germany to Sweden. For this price I could fly there and get the stuff myself. This was just plain nonsense. After exchanging a few irritated emails and a phone call, I managed to cancel the order and got a refund. This has been a waste of time and a lot of hassle for nothing. To sum up, yes R&G sells good products. It's a pity they try to rip-off their customers with extravagant shipping fees. My opinion: If you want to buy R&G products it is better to order them from a supplier that does not take shipping fees for extra profit.

Habe bei R&G Verschiedene Harze und Füllstoffe bestellt. Nachdem GLS die Lieferung nach 10 Tagen immer noch nicht geliefert hatte. Kurzer Anruf bei R&G, es wurde sofort eine Ersatzlieferung bereitgestellt und mit Transoflex per Express rausgeschickt. Und das komplett ohne Zusatzkosten. Ich muss hier ein großes Lob aussprechen, da es heut zu Tage nicht üblich ist so einen Kundenservice bereitzustellen. Zudem noch ein sehr freundliche und kompetene Mitarbeiter. Top und ab heute Stammkunde bei R&G.
Kürzlich ein Epoxydharz und ein Glasfasergewebe dringend benötigt. Hingefahren, von freundlichen Mitarbeitern kompetent und schnell beraten und bedient worden. So machts Spaß, so machts Laune. Ich komm wieder :) Onlinebestellungen sind auch möglich. Probierte ich Gestern aus und hatte Heute die Ware. Was will man mehr :)
