The restaurant is really nicely designed and some really interesting creative dishes. However, service was really bad, waiter forget everything constantly. Japan Trip as appetizer was great. However, you don't get what you ordered in the menu. My husband order a risotto, many ingredients in the menu was missing or very hard to see in the dish like scampi. Trace element level must be in there. I had Nord Italy pizza and asked only replace schinken with spicy italian salami. But completely different pizza I got. Nothing said about spinach in the menu but came with full of spinach on it and no gorgonzola and very little mozzarella. I had to remove all the spinach to the side. Later after paying I realized that he took my order wrong and brought me the sud italy pizza instead of north. It is expensive too so I expected better service and listening to customers and let them know if you don't serve the same ingredients in the menu.

Un repas et une présentation impecable. Le service est super. Je recomande fortement Gasthof zum Schlüssel Waldenburg. Il y aurait plus d étoile, j' en rajouterais... Encore merci se fût une experience extraordinaire.

Das junge Team hat noch etwas Anlaufschwierigkeiten. Wir haben trotz dem einen schönen Abend verbracht. Das Essen war gut, schön präsentiert. Die raffinierte Zusammenstellung des Überraschungsmenues (Fr.95.-) hat uns gefallen. Die Preise liegen für die doch etwas abgelegene Lage eher in Richtung der Schmerzgrenze. Wir werden wiederkommen und wünschen dem Team viel Glück in dieser verrückten Zeit...
