My furnace started running intermittently and I needed to reset a few times. Chuck came out to do a service check/cleaning on my furnace. He was very helpful in answering my questions, showing me how to check the codes if it should happen again, proper filter placement, etc. Happy with customer service both from their office and HVAC tech along with fair prices. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Wow. Excellent customer service! We were blown away with the quality of work, and up front pricing. No really. After we had assessments from 3 other companies, All American was not only the CHEAPEST for the same equipment, but they had the prices of the units PRINTED in their binder from the start. All other companies hand wrote the prices after the assessment, giving the impression that they may fudge numbers depending on their customers? That is not the case with all american. They were on time, and finished very quickly. We are very happy with their honest service, and will be recommending them to anyone we can!
