Went in for a coffee. Nobody was behind the counter. Rang the bell, nothing. 2 minutes later a woman walks in from the back, looks at us, proceeds to move slowly to put her stuff down, walks over to drink her whatever drink it was. Then goes to poor it out. And never said anything to us. Just ignored us. She looked like she didn't want to be there. Very unprofessional.
Place is hit or miss on the quality and taste of the food and service. Dunkin brands are suffering IMO. They've expanded quickly with new stores perhaps sacrificing good quality hires.
