The worst insurance company ever.. my Dad had an accident and the front bumper got damaged. My Dad allowed to get the car to an Allstate shop and fix it. The shop called my Dad that if it was okay to use Honda repairs, my Dad said it was okay. Then they called back that the insurance company did not want to pay for the repairs, insurance would pay for the car instead. My Dad did not know much about it so he felt intimidated and he agreed (verbally over the phone) to let Allstate to pay for the vehicle instead of replacing the bumper. My Dad still owed around 10,000 to the bank. Allstate decided to pay 10,000 instead of around 2000 to replace the bumper (very suspicious). My Dad went to this Allstate office place several times and asked for help because he did not want to loose his vehicle, but no one cared. Pretty much my Dads car was taken away by Allstate. He lost the down payment and the monthly payments he had made. I would love to get help on this matter!!

Allstate insurance sucks. Tried to get hold of them a dozen times in two weeks. All you ever get is a answering machine and not one callback.
