I've worked with Ken and his team (i.e. Nick) for a couple of years now. They have provided me a great rate with the bundle packages. When we had a bad wind storm come thru that destroyed my roof, the repair and replacement was very smooth and pretty much hassle free. The office is very friendly and easy to work with. Every few years I get quotes from other providers and sometimes pieces can be lower such as if you compare car insurance-to-car insurance, some competitors will be lower. However, when considering the bundle discount on both car and house, State Farm has always been lower in total.

Buyer beware! I had my home boat and car insurance with Ken. You will get unjustified “at fault” accidents for any claim you make, drop you, and try to sell you another policy at triple your premium. He does not stand behind his product. He will sell you a policy and hide behind his office staff and corporate robots when it’s time to pay out. He is a shyster. Avoid at all cost.

I am no longer fond of State Farm as a company, but this office has been helpful. The location is convenient and easy enough to access. The office is quiet and professional, and the staff are knowledgeable of their products and understanding of the Southern Maryland lifestyles. Going forward, when I have a problem with big State Farm I'm going to pop in to the office and seek their help.
