We had a wonderful experience at Lumber Liquidators. The sales associates are phenomenal. The young man who helped us was very knowledgeable. He offered several recommendations and quickly located the merchandise that we needed. I highly recommend this location.

I have never had to be here for more than a few minutes. When I went into the store to ask questions, they were very helpful. When I left and came back to get the items they were attentive and immediate. When I came back again to get items for my parents house, they were consistent. And when I came back again to get repeat items because my basement flooded and I had to redo it; they were again consistent. My only gripe with them is how long it took me to get someone on the phone and even then it wasn't someone in the store; it was their pooled line.
