I had a WONDERFUL experience here. Willard/Willie was the perfect gentleman in the Macy's Home Store. I purchased my son some new Cookware are a very deep Labor Day Deal. Willard was so helpful and I used his humor. My son said, "Mom, if we had more Willards, Maryland would be the ideal spot to raise a family and retire." Unfortunately, Willard was quite the exception. I would recommend this Macy's out in Waldorf, Maryland. I felt at home and comfortable.

I'm new to the area and use to live in the Bay Area for 25 years. In SF the Macy's is SIX floors and then men have their own entire store to themselves across the street so other than NY, it's the best location to me. However, I find the store to be clean, staff friendly enough and the prices right now due to Covid are insanely cheap compared to their pre covid prices which seemed to be jacked up and then bought down to normal prices and call it a sale. Lol They even have a good range of sizes and I was able to find exactly what I went for in the Macy's on stage part of the store. It can be a gold mine if you take your time and look through. I felt safe shopping as the store was not super crowded for a Saturday and folks kept their distance. It's my second time there in the past month. The shoes department is lackluster which is why they got 4 of 5 stars. I'll be going back for sure! Need a new winter coat.
