My entire visit was great from the time I walked through the door the customer service was great. I was greeted with a smile. The medical assistant that took me to the back and did the vitals was very pleasant I felt so comfortable and safe. I was informed how many were in front of me without asking. The physician came in she was very informative she explained things very thoroughly I was so relieved when I left the office. My visit was Everything Medatar stands for.

The extra care was special. The employees and the doctor on duty were incredible! It didn't feel like an urgent care; it was personable and I felt respected. Kudos to the team!

I was very impressed with the team members they were great, treated you with care, I had a long wait time (but I understood and I was patient) because I was informed with updates of my wait time. They actually listen to my concerns and I was informed of my care verbal and was given detail written discharge instructions. Thanks for being there and keep standing out has a very good Urgent facility.

The staff isn’t friendly. PA was a little friendly. I’m big on Energy and the Energy was definitely off. The receptionist had a nasty attitude from the time I walked in. She was not welcoming at all. The wait time to be seen is just terrible. When people are sick and not feeling well....the least you guys can do is act like you care and change the energy in that place. I can honestly say, I will never go back there. I’m new to this area and definitely want go back...I felt worse when I left with the negative energy!!!!

I will give the MedStar Prompt Care in Waldorf MD, 5 stars. From the front desk staff to the medical assistants these young ladies are very professional, friendly and they are ready to serve. The Doctor that treated me yesterday was very on point, ordered COVID tests, chest X-ray all on site. Making my appointment was very easy and it wasn’t a long wait time. Thank you to the staff and team of physicians! Another plus, the facility is always clean and sanitized, and set up for social distancing.

I normally do not take the time to do reviews unless my service was so bad, that I feel people need to know. Therefore for me to do this says a lot. The staff and physicians were very efficient, professional and thorough. I use to always seek care at patient first. Now that I have had the experience of being cared for by MedStar urgent care center this will be the only place I ever go for urgent care.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and, timely. The facility was clean and had working equipment. We got an appointment right away and was able to get everything we needed done taken care of. We were treated with respect and that was lacking at another facility.
