I did business with Rob 8 years ago with no problems so I called him again for service. He came right out and diagnosed the problem at my rental home. After giving me the price I told him that I would be in touch with him if I wanted to move forward but send me the bill for coming out. I decided to go with another company and called my tenant to give them the service contractors information and they made me aware that Rob took my unit apart and left it exposed. I have been calling/texting him for days to go back and put everything back together and he will not respond to my text or answer my calls.
