I was dreading going to an urgent care, imagining a long wait in a crowded waiting room, and a little put off by some of the negative reviews. Instead I arrived at 1:30 pm and found no one else there. The receptionist was friendly and professional. I filled out their forms, then waited for about 5 minutes and was called into the back. The nurse was also friendly and professional. I waited less than 5 minutes for the Dr, who asked me pertinent questions, listened to me, examined my bellybutton (I have a bellybutton infection), took a swab to culture--which I was going to ask for, but he beat me to it--and told me that he would send a prescription to my pharmacy, which I could pick up on the way home. He gave me all the information I needed without wasting my time. Sure enough, the prescription was at McKay's when I arrived. Everything was professional and even relaxing. A much better experience than I was fearing! I will go back any time. I usually have to wait much longer at my normal doctor's office, where I could not have gotten an appointment for three more days this week!

I had an okay experience. The doctor and nurse were great. Very pleasant. My problem was the front desk girl, who thought that it was okay to keep headphones in her ear while I was speaking to her. She basically ignored me the whole time. Not only was she doing that her phone kept ringing and she was answering it in front of the whole lobby. Even ignoring the fact that the office phone was ringing. Very rude person, and not a good thing to have her at front desk and being the first point of contact.

Had a very speedy and pleasant visit. The Staff was very friendly and informative. the Dr was also nice! and helpful. Even if there is a wait I would suggest going to get the attention and care people are looking for.

this is an Urgent Care that is out of network with Cigna. Note that our insurance covers all urgent care visit. I had to pay 100 up front for their service and probably end up with a bill for the rest of the services. When I asked why this urgent care is different her response was " because is privately owned" ER privately owned or not still ER. Isnt it the same for Urgent care? Front desk lady reads a book while attending the front desk. Nothing else to do?

I visited for stomach pain and nausea and I saw the doctor shortly after that. He prescribed my meds and it was great, no comparison to Patient First in Waldorf where you sit all day waiting to be seen, then it takes forever for results and medication. I will use this location from now on!

I went last night for a terrible migraine and I was seen in less than 15 minutes. And a bonus - the staff is super friendly and caring! Very impressed.

Apparently if you are provided a confirmation number from your Doctor stating to go directly to this Urgent Care you can still be turned away. This is not a Dr.'s office this is a bullshit ring. Have a person serving their Country and in desperate need for medical attention means nothing to these idiots. They actually told them they needed an actual piece of paper for "authorization" because if you could be seen from an actual professional you would "choose" to be seen by them. What do you think you are, some kind of godsend? I don't think so. You are a poor excuse for anything closely related to a Profession and you should return your licenses to the Cracker Jack box it came from, or at least know how to interview compentent receptionists. This place is a disgrace and I wouldn't even trust to bring that slug I found on your receptionists heart for help.

I would like to say that I was in the urgent care last evening and I might have been the last patient or at least the last one to leave out at 9:00 pm. I have no complaint about the Dr., my complaint is regarding the office staff. I believe because I was the only one in the office at the time, they felt the need to relax, watch TV, laugh obnoxiously, etc...overall I would say the lack of professionalism was ridiculous. When you don't feel well the last thing you want to hear is anyone laughing so loud it was making my head thump through a door and 2 rooms that were between us. For this I had a 50.00 co-payment, what a joke!
