I ran in there 30 minutes before they closed and never once I felt rushed or anything. Excellent customer service from everyone from the receptionist all the way up to the nurses and doc. Great experience. Will come back in the future.

Excellent staff. Walked in at 10:55am, did the electric sign in. Called to register my daughter at 11:04am. The person registering me was friendly and courteous. I went to sit back down at 11:12am to wait to be called back to a room after being registered. I was called back at 11:17am for height, weight, and vital signs. After that I was shown to a room at 11:22am. The doctor came to see us at 11:28am. She was diagnosed, prescribed medication and was out of the urgent Care in less than an hour. Everyone that we encountered was informative and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here if you have minor non-emergent ailments, it's way faster than going to the ER's waiting room. I would say the waiting room was moderately full. A little less than half the seats were occupied when I arrived. While taking to the person that registered be she said two people called in sick this day but I would have never guess that the way they were rolling. They were calling people to the back at an average of every 2 minutes. Again, great experience.
- The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from the person who checked me in through the physician who treated me. - The wait was very reasonable considering the number of patients present at the time of my visit. - The staff took the time to explain what they were doing throughout the process and answered my questions in layperson terms. - Established COVID-19 protocols were followed closely by staff and required of patients. - The facility was clean and well organized. Altogether a very positive experience.
Dont go to this place I got hurt at work went here to be seen. The doctors, & nurse agreed that I can’t drive with the open toed boot I’ve been given. Yet won’t list that on my note for my job. Although I’m genuinely hurt they’ve allowed my job to think my injury isn’t as serious as it is. If you want a doctor that will have your back, vouch for your injury and limitations post injury don’t come here. The only one who had any sense was the X-ray tech who seemed to have more training than the insensitive doctor(s) and nurses. Additionally I waited for an hour and half once I was behind the curtain waiting to be seen. And they weren’t even crowded. It was like 5 people when I initially went in this facility. Terrible!!!!
Upon my departure, I was given a total of six small pieces of paper with tiny writing advising me what to do for my hypertension, weight and BMI. The doctor, in such a rush, gave me no time and clearly wasn’t listening to what I had to say because he asked me questions that I had already answered more than once. He hurriedly prescribed an antibiotic, forgot to mention to the nurse that I had asked for a COVID test and shooed me out the door and proceeded to his next victim. This visit was extremely disappointing. Two stars, and I’m being generous...the friendly, professional and courteous staff elevated the score. (They deserve a 10.)
