So glad I trusted Elena with my weight loss journey and training. I stumbled upon Pretty Fit Fitness while in town for work. From the moment I walked into the door I felt welcomed. Her studio is clean, colors are vibratant and upbeat. Water and towels are provides for her clients and studio guest. Healthy snack bars, drinks and other goodies are avalible for sale as well. She has aerobic classes throughout the week, so you can always jump in on the fun for 5-10. I Chose the one on one option for three months. Elena is super sweet , but please understand, SHE WILL PUT YOU TO WORRRRK! She was able to spot my weak areas and help improve them. Even though I pouted the whole way through, she encouraged me every step of the way. My goal was to lose at least 10 lbs at the end of three months. I lost 10.5 lbs when it was all said and done. I am completely satisfied with my time at Pretty Fit Fitness. What's cool is even though I am no longer in Waldorf. Elena still checks in with me to make sure I'm on track and offers help If needed!
