I have been a customer for few years with no traffic violations and no accidents. However my insurance rates are getting higher and higher every 6 months. My latest with progressive is a claim that took them 2 months to settle. A lady hit my wife’s door in a parking lot and they’re saying my wife is at fault and she was parked! I will not becoming back to them at all. Do your research and stay away from the name your price tool.

DON'T EVER GO WITH THIS INSURANCE CO!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO. I DON'T THINK I 'VE EVER WRITTEN A BAD REVIEW IN MY LIFE BUT I HAVE TO WARN EVERYONE ABOUT THEM!! I WAS LIED TO MULTIPLE TIMES. THEY CHANGED MY PAYMENT SCHEDULE 5-6 TIMES AND DOUBLED MY PAYMENTS FOR NO REASON!! I HAVE A PERFECT DRIVING RECORD. NO POINTS. NO AT-FAULT ACCIDENTS. THEY ARE TRYING TO CHARGE ME 515.47 PER MONTH FOR FULL COVERAGE ON MY BMW, AFTER QUOTING ME HALF OF THAT!!! THEY HAVE NO REASONABLE EXPLANATION TO CHARGE ME DOUBLE. I HAVE SEVERAL DISCOUNTS INCLUDING BEING A HOMEOWNER, CONTINUOUS INSURANCE, ACCIDENT-FREE FOR 3 YRS, ETC. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER. GO ELSEWHERE!!! I WAS QUOTED JUST A LITTLE OVER 200 PER MO WITH ALL OTHER INS COMPANIES.

Very unprofessional business owner. I called for a quote and the owner told me his time is valuable and if he gives me a quote I am obligated to sign up for insurance with him. I informed him I am looking for the best price and if his company offers it I will sign up, he then began to berate me tell me he will not compete with other companies as he hung up the phone once I began to reply. My advice to anyone thinking of going here is to just turn the other way and if you really want progressive just try to 800 number because this guy has a bad google rating for a reason. His business practices are terrible.

They were very helpfull in tayloring the right Auto insurance policy to fit my needs. I was able to get much better coverage than I had with my previous Insurance company while saving a lot of money on the new policy. I'm very satisfied. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family.
