Our family experience in dealing with Ryan Homes so far was amazing. We had visited several other new home locations such as Lennar and DR Horton, including Ryan Homes, but the neighborhood and the sales rep in the model home at Brentwood was outstanding! Leanne, the sales rep, answered every question, responded to all emails, even on her time off, and made us feel as if we were the only clients she had. So, our experience with the Brentwood neighborhood was truly a great experience and informative.
This community is well established and visibly appealing. The process have been seamless thus far. Working with Anthony and Tabby (loan Officer )have been a pleasure. I will provide an update once the entire process is complete.
Beautiful homes
Ryan homes are packing houses everywhere! It takes them 3 weeks to build their houses and then people wonder why they are having so many problems with their cheap thrown up houses! Ryan homes is a scam, you pay all of this money to have a home built only to keep paying more money to have your house re repaired for problems that should not even be happening.
