I wish I could them a zero star because the sales rep are unprofessional. They don't return calls nor do they give real and up to date information about there property. I like the houses but they sale rep's are sorry and they all should be replaced.
I purchased my home through Stanley Martin in the Bennsville Community / Waldorf Md; and my sales representative was amazing Deonna Tripline. She was very responsive and she quickly advocated on our behalf to make sure everything we expected in our home was included. When conflicting issues arose, she was quick to create win win solutions in an effort to satisfy us as customers. What we appreciated most about Deonna’s service during our home buying process is that she was able to skillfully serve as a representative for Stanley Martin while looking through the lens of a consumer. She understood that this purchase was huge for my family and I and she made sure we were treated fairly and she quickly took ownership of issues that we weren’t happy with. My overall purchase experience was amazing and Deonna has truly set a high bar for other builders.
