Beautiful homes
My husband and I are very pleased with our beautiful home at Hamilton Park. This was our second home purchase. We wanted to downsize and settle in a community that was quiet, beautiful and convenient. In that case, we were very careful about selecting the right builder for us. Since day 1 of stepping into the Hamilton Park community and touring the model homes, we were treated with excellent custom service by Tasha. She is super knowledgeable about the building process and was able to answer every question. We are now settled in our beautiful home and have no regrets. I also want to mention that Jennifer from the design center was super helpful with assisting us in making the perfect selections for the design of our home. It was a fun process! Now our home is uniquely made for my family. Also Jim, the building manager of the community, is one of a kind! Jim provides excellent service and will walk you through every step of the way, tell you exactly what you need to do to keep your home in top shape and answer any questions. Jim and his assistant Duane has been very responsive throughout this entire process. Jim's number 1 goal is to make sure that your home is built with high quality and that you are happy. I found the model homes to be gawless. The floor plans make great use of the common areas. The bedroom sizes are just right for a townhouse. The exterior of the community is immaculate with well maintained grass and landscaping.
I'm in love with this builder. I can't wait to be in my new home. It's everything I've prayed and worked hard for. As a divorced single mom, having been forced to sell my first build, this dwelling is the 10 fold blessing for me and my family. Tashia is a wonderful rep for this company and has made the process seamless.
