Stephanie is what I would say is such an GOLD STAR for customer service!!! Very helpful, very knowledgeable, very professional. Just AMAZING I don't want to look at another developers after sitting down and speaking with Stephanie. She is very understanding, very patient, and she just gets people. I am not a new home owner but new to the new built process and and she just gets it *fyi (Don't visit the Upper Marlboro Show homes the manager is the most NASTIEST, EVIL, NON-FRIENDLY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVING PERSON I EVER MET IN 2020).
