Dave sold my father a part and charged his visa card. On the receipt he wrote MasterCard with no reference information to confuse my father. He then cancelled the order. When my 83 year old father went there to check on the order during a global pandemic, Dave said the refund was issued. I called several times and he lied balled faced every time. I had to contact all of my father's card companies and found the charge but NO REFUND! I disputed the charges and will be bringing formal charges for this theft! Seniors are very sharp. My father knew this situation was off. STOP ABUSING YOUR CUSTOMER! STOP STEALING AND START SERVING

Great selection of all things summer outdoor decor for the home. The quality here is greater than what you would see in some large flagship stores. A little pricey but the salesman was willing to give some discounts. We went mid summer. So if you are willing to spend for quality or either catch them on a good sale you will find some great finds.

The service guys were great, however, the sales and service supervisor were not. They have given me three different prices on my final install. Service tech said one price in which I signed, but store is trying to charge me over 300 more. Stay away, pay extra for some other installer to travel. More to come.

Hello Tri County Hearth and Patio, Today, both of my fireplaces were serviced by Will & Justin. They both did a phenomenal job. Both Will and Justin were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. I always have questions and they addressed all of my concerns. They are AWESOME!!!! Both fireplaces are working great!!! Also, the fireplaces look better with the embers. I noticed that right away.
