If you want help from people who love what they do, this is the store to shop! Great selection and helpful staff. You will find something for everyone and every prices range! Skip the website (it can be taxing). Make this a solo Christmas stop!
They really need to have more than one person working the register. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or what but every time I come to this location they only have one person on the register and the line goes all the way back to the cosmetic isle. I even got out of line one time to let the manager know that the cashier needed help, she said okay and disappeared.
My first time in Ulta in 3 yrs. I was pleasantly greeted and helped. Great experience!

I found this Beauty shop on the site easy to access and easy to navigate. There is a wide range of products by several leading beauty companies and all at very reasonable prices. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to all of my friends who love to shop for beauty products!
I’m very disappointed in my visit today. Other than the perfunctory greeting—one I responded to, and had a question to ask, but was ignored for the next group—I only talked to the cashier who could not have cared less. I was looking for a specific product and couldn’t find it, but after trying to get the attention of three saleswomen with no luck, I gave up and purchased the closest product I could find.
