I’m sharing my experience because I just want folks to know that Genesis Waldorf Center has been an oasis in the middle of the desert for us. My 89 year old loved one had to be admitted in October of 2020 for rehab. The staff was very informative when we first came here and the twice a week Zoom calls have been inclusive. As we all know any hospital stay during COVID19 is challenging, but this facility has eased a lot of my families’ anxiety.

My experiences at this center have been up & down. I have had some issues with accountability. However, I will say that through this pandemic the center has taken good care of my loved one. They are taking the proper precautions to keep the residents safe. The management team has been available to address any & all of my concerns. I'm also very happy with the Admissions Director & the Guest Services Director. They have been very helpful since day one!

Alot has changed since the Pandemic but the center has done very well to protect my daughter. There have a few issues with the staff but for the most part I am satisfied. The Admissions Director, Activities director & management have been very helpful when issues arise. I am thankful because I hear stories about other facilities that are horrible!

The staff greets with a smile however, I believe they can be more attentive to those wiith zero mobility.
