Rich set up the service initially and then Dean took it over from there. Dean was great and easy to deal with. Straight forward and did everything to make sure I was pleased.We use all Ford trucks for my company and deal with dealerships all the time, but Dean and the Waldorf Ford Service center are better than any I have ever dealt with.
