I would highly recommend when you see a “for lease”sign with this company’s name... RUN!!!! They don’t care about their tenants HEALTH whatsoever. I would give it a -5 stars!!!

Please avoid this place at all cost. They are so rude and they don't care about their properties. Everything is run down and falling apart. They will gouge you wherever they can.

The office management only cares about the rent the carpet was dirty when I lived in all the appliances are old out of date the water bill was always a issue poor management all around

You can always tell one of the properties they manage. The grass is a foot tall and the property is full of crack heads. Seems to me that they dont manage to do much if anything.
