I was so impressed with the service I've had over the last 2 days from this company. Quick efficient, polite, on time, clean and respectful and so professional!! Ricky is such a hard working guy and really let me know exactly what was going on and even let me know his time of arrival to save wasting my time. He is a credit to them. Absolutely brilliant and i think all these guys on this job were so great! Thank you.

I have occupied one of the nine flats at Shipley House, 35 Passage Road, WOT, BS9 3HT. for just over 3 years. Up to June, 2020 I have been reading Gas Meter No 4, I live in Flat 4. However when I called in an engineer to fix a leak & also to service my boiler he informed me that my boiler was not connected to Gas Meter No 4 but to Gas Meter No 9. I contacted my Supplier Bulb, who have been investigating this problem for last 3 months & have made no progress whatsoever, in fact due to the fact that Flat 9 nor their supplier EDF will not cooperate in passing their GAS METER details to my Supplier Bulb. I am currently in a position where I have no meter therefore am unable to npay for my usage of gas. My supplier have in fact removed any relevance to my gas consumption & only show that they are supplying electricity to me. In desperation I called Wales & West who dealt with my problem very efficiently & sent Bryan to resolve all the discrepancies including National Database inaccuracies. 6 of 9 flats had errors of varying degrees. Bryan was patient & most helpful in all his dealings with everyone & his input has been invaluable. We now feel that perhaps we can see the possibility of this nightmare scenario being resolved but totally thanks to Bryan of Wales & West Utilities. A huge thank you to the efforts of Bryan. Following work on pipes outside my 89yr old mother's property we found that there was no hot water. Being a Sunday. didn't expect to get things sorted until the following day. I rang their Customer Services number and a very helpful lady said that there would be someone with us within 4hrs. However, in less than 10 minutes I had a call to say an engineer was on the way and would be with me in 15-20 minutes. And he was! A very polite and considerate young man, sorted the problem within 5 minutes and apologised for our need to call. He shown me what to do in the event of any future issues and also registered my mum on the utilities vulnerable list. Absolutely first class service. Thank you!
Absolute rip of merchants accidentally hit a small gas pipe that was very close to the surface they came out and repaired it in about half hour now trying to charge me nearly 800. These people are bullies they don’t answer the phone when you try to talk to them and just send threatening letters. Whatever you do do not call these people for a repair if you want to make a living they will have your pants down!
Gas supply failed. Rang Scottish power who sent Wales and west utilities out within the hour. New meter fitted and appliances relit 30 minutes later. Engineer was fabulous. Well done and thank you.
