We visited the sales office yesterday, 8/15/2020. Tracy was very nice on the phone and in person. She pointed us in the right direction to tour the model homes on the property. The reason for the one star review is that no employees were practicing social distancing or wearing masks. Honestly, at this point during the pandemic, not adhering to these simple guidelines is ridiculous. Not only is it disrespectful to your customers but it is absolutely unacceptable. Do better!!!

Great sales office with a good model of the entire community. Sales agents are friendly & knowledgeable.
This office is for new construction only and they do not have a list of Resales nor will they show you resales. Owners are forbidden by covenants to put for sale signs up in there yards thereby making it hard to drive around and find resales on your own unless you use a real time Zillow App. Recommend finding a local realtor from within Lake Arrowhead who can also show you new construction.
