I highly recommend this place. Rather do my business there then franchise stores. They were so friendly and fast to serve you. Maybe spent a whole 10-15 minutes. Had everything I needed and wanted in weekenders and blades. Thank you all at Fore Timber making my 1st experience a fun one.

Took 2 weedeaters to get fixed they said parts wernt worth it so I told them witch one was good and witch one was old . One wouldn't start other needed new bevel head and throttle was stuck . They \fixed\ the really old one not the one I told them. It barely even start after yanking my guts out 15 to 20 pulls and as soon as it did it just kept falling in its face. Also realized the one they left for scrap they charged me to have a throttle cable in the one they left for parts.def wont be returning no way they even tested it before it was sent out the door

Purchased a new pro model husquvarna trimmer this spring. After using it for the first time it was clear that it has less power, is heavier, and uses more fuel. Sent the wife back with the old model I purchased new in 2006, instructions, and a post it note with what I wanted so she could give it to them just in case. ( new carb, tune up, new fuel lines, and new trimmer head because the old one is stripped and does not spin). The service guy felt the need to comment and tell her that I may as well buy a new one. She told him that I did but I wasn’t happy with it and wanted the old one fixed. When they called her to let her know that it was finished she let me know that I needed to call them right away. When I called, the service tech let me know that after they cleaned it he took it outside and tested it his self and it was running great. I asked if they changed the head, he said no, but they have one in stock and they can throw it on if I wanted. He then told me that they don’t like to put that kind of money into an older unit. I stopped him and told him that the head was the main reason I had it there and once it’s warm is shuts off and doesn’t want to start. I then told him I didn’t want his opinion, don’t tell me how to spend my money or what to do with my weed eater. I never swore at him but I did raise my voice. When I went in to pick it up this morning an older lady was waiting on me. When she pulled up my ticket she snatched it away quickly in hopes that I didn’t see “ass hole” in blue ink at the bottom. She then charged me 43 and told me that the head wasn’t available anymore and they couldn’t get it. Basically told me ”we can’t fix it right, it’s trash now but here is your bill” I was already told that they had one and would put it on if I wanted. I have a new, husquvarna head ordered and will be here next week. BAD BUISNESS, BAD SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES
