I have never had so many issues getting recycling rewards before! I purchased two black cartridges online from this Office Depot, and then a few weeks later I took in 10 cartridges to recycle. According to my account, the online order doesn't appear so my cartridges are not eligible. I'm so frustrated. I've never had this issue before with Staples, even though they are futher away, I may have to go back to shopping there.

Priced lower than Best Buy. Although the service is not great. Was misinformed regarding the Warranty program.
Staff was really friend and acknowledged may presence as soon as I entered the building. I made a few black/white copies and had a poster laminated, which was done in less than a few minutes.
Staff is friendly and helpful but there is not a baby changing station in the restroom.
They are very helpful and knowledgeable
