I read all the reviews and was excited about Mr Walker taking on my mothers case , but it NEVER FAILS ... every time I call the office NO ONE ANSWERS ! It’s quite frustrating because I’ve already paid and should be kept in the loop on what’s going on

Revised; I had a phone consultation and I was told they would call me back to advise if they'd be able to help me. They did call and say they would not help me. I asked why they made that determination. I posted a review when they would not provide me with an answer. In short time, this review was responded to and I was invited to call to discuss. My question was answered and even though the decision to decline representation remained, I understood and felt respected and appreciation to the attorney for taking the time to speak with me.
